Shipping Info

Shipping Policy (Covid Updated)

Orders will be produced and shipped as soon as possible. While we try to have stock of all our items, some may have to be printed on demand. Orders can be occasionally delayed depending on the volume of orders we have, specially during sales. We will contact you if there would be any delays with your order.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it has been shipped. In all cases, delivery time figures are based on Royal Mail estimations and could be subjected to delays out of our control, specially with the reduced services everywhere because of the pandemic. As postal services are affected in every country we can no longer give a delivery estimate as it will vary wildly.

To follow PayPal protection policies we only offer tracked shipping services. We will provide you the tracking information in your order shipping confirmation email. 

In order to alleviate the costs, for every £35 cost of your order we will cover part of the shipping costs as in the table below and with any international order over £100 having free shipping.

Orders within the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48® for £3.50. We offer free shipping within the UK on orders of £35.

Europe

Due to the new requirements in the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) we are not shipping to EU member states or Northern Ireland as of December 1st 2024. If the regulation changes to be friendlier to small businesses like ours we may consider resuming operations in the EU.

Rest of the World

Orders outside Europe will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for £11.00. Shipping costs are reduced based on the order total as in the table above. 

Be aware that your local customs could delay your items or demand fees for their release. 

Return & Exchange Policy

During the current coronavirus situation there are massive delays as mailing services are reduced everywhere. Because of that, we are changing our refund policy. Refunds and replacement package requests for missing orders won't be accepted until the shipment can be filed as lost in transit on Royal Mail. Please, be patient and understand that once we have shipped the order there is nothing we can do to make it arrive faster.

We have a strict quality control and packing procedure to ensure the items you receive are in the best possible condition. Even so, if you are not 100% satisfied with our product you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days. Use the original zip bags they were shipped in and send them in a padded envelope to the return address on the back of our original package.

 

For any additional requests like exchanges, replacement of parts damaged in transit or missing just send us an email detailing the problem and we'll help as much as we can.
